I put two pairs of these in my living room and am very impressed with the sound quality and the bass output (I don't have a subwoofer connected).
These are well built speakers and installation was very easy with the provided template. The swivel tweeter however did not have any impact on sound quality at different listening positions.
After a comparison with Polk RC-80i, I would give these speakers a higher grade than the Polks. |

| Excellent speakers for the money. They sound very good. I'm not a sound expert... but after I hooked 'em to my Yamaha RX-V1900.... they sound great. Some people complain that installing the grill cover is a bit tricky, well, I disagree with these folks because I think that it is extremely easy to install the whole thing.... including the grill covers. If you are looking for some good in-ceiling speakers... look no further, these are the ones you want. I'll soon be buying some extra ones for my hallway and master bedroom. |
